The fire, which began around 3:00 PM today in the Kavşit neighbourhood of Madran Mountain, spread rapidly due to strong winds, engulfing a substantial area of forest. Local residents were quick to report the emerging flames, prompting an immediate and extensive response from fire and forestry teams.

The scale of the operation to bring the Çine fire under control is truly impressive.
